As Canada's first provider of comprehensive career development training, we take pride in staying on top of this exciting field.  Practitioners from across Canada have chosen Concordia University College of Alberta to meet their career development training needs.

Small classes, engaging instructors, flexible delivery and interactive instruction in a friendly environment makes this Career Development Program effective. There are approximately 100 students in the program each year, and of these 75 are working in the field and 25 are moving into the field of career development.

Program graduates work with employment agencies, job re-entry programs, government departments, colleges and universities.  The majority of positions are full-time, although there are an increasing number of contract opportunities.  Graduates apply their knowledge, skills and abilities in roles such as career counsellor, workshop facilitator, job developer, and human resources consultant.
